Shipping Problems Evil tuning is not responsible for any damages that result during transport. We take as many precautions as we can to ensure that your product arrives in one piece, but accidents still happen. All packages are insured for the full dollar amount. If the situation occurs that one of your packages is damaged, please be sure to save all original packaging, and notify us immediately. If you are worried about the contents of a package, make sure you inspect everything before signing for it. If for some reason you have a order that was double shipped, please immediately contact us, so we can issue a call tag to get it resolved.
Warranty All items purchased from Evil Tuning are covered through the manufactures warranty. Evil Tuning does not assume responsibility for warranty of any products. If you do find yourself in the unfortunate circumstance that a product you have purchase needs to be warrantied, please contact us first so we can help you get the issue resolved. The installation of some aftermarket parts might void your factory warranty, you should always consult your local laws before installing any after-market parts. Missing Parts/Missing Instructions If for some reason, you feel like you are missing some parts, please be sure to contact one of our Sales Team Members. One of our sales team experts will be able to assist you. Most of the parts that we sell come from overseas, this sometimes leads to products not having english instructions. Most time english instructions can be obtainable through us or the manufacturer, please be sure to contact us if this occurs. Billing Problems Evil Tuning only charges products once they are due to ship out. Every card is authorized once the order is placed, but no funds are collected until your order ships out. This makes it very easy for us to avoid billing issues, but in the rare occasion that you feel like there has been a error, please contact us immediately Order Cancellations Orders that are not in stock may be cancelled at any time. If a order is in stock and has begun the "Processing" stage, a 10% Credit Card surcharge fee will apply. This is a standard fee that credit card companies charge us to refund a credit card. No exceptions. Return Policy If for some reason your not happy with your product, please contact us so we can try to help. There is a minimal 25% restocking fee that applies to all orders that are returned. All returns must be made within 15 days of Invoice date. All returns must have a approved RMA number, any products that are sent back to us must have a Return Authorization Number, no product will be accepted without one. We are able to take back items that are new, and still Sealed in Retail Packaging. Due to the nature of Electrical items, we are not able to accept them for return. Shipping charges are not refundable. |
